Meet the Founder

Natasha is Founder and Managing Partner of Apollo Search Group. She started her recruiting career in the former USSR, and was one of the first to help create that industry in Moscow, where she owned and managed a local search firm. After moving to Houston, TX nineteen years ago she worked for Allen Austin, Watkins & Associates, and most recently Lucas Group (now Korn Ferry), always dreaming that one day she would run her own firm again. 

Natasha is an Oil & Gas Industry expert with an indisputable record of success, delivering value to clients in the oil & gas industry through her exclusive network of professionals, local and international. She achieves the impossible when faced with highly specialized searches. She is known and respected for her no-nonsense approach, while also mindful of nurturing candidates, and client service quality. 

Natasha is a proud mom of two wonderful daughters, and a K9, called Apollo. In her free time she is an avid gardener, and enjoys traveling the world with her husband, Joe, appreciating our wonderful planet Earth and different people they meet along the way.
