Jennifer is a seasoned senior-level recruiter with over a decade of experience spanning agency and corporate settings.

She started her career with a specialty in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemicals, and then later grew her expertise across diverse functional domains, including sales, business operations, executive leadership, marketing, insurance, and IT/IS professionals. For the last 2 years while at Korn Ferry, Jennifer was working as a project-based talent consultant for clients around the globe.

Her varied professional background across multiple industries has equipped her with valuable insights into hiring markets nationwide. This breadth of experience allows her to adeptly address challenges by swiftly identifying opportunities for process enhancements and innovative problem-solving.

At the heart of Jennifer’s success is a belief in the importance of rapidly establishing high-quality relationships with both clients and candidates.

In her spare time, Jennifer has enjoyed hobbies such as skydiving, volleyball, and scuba diving. She also travels whenever possible, with her last couple trips being to Paris where she works to further her fluency in the French language.
